Senior Specialist, HR Business Partner, Human Resource (1Year)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Provide HR Business Partner support to HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure internal customers receive timely and effective HR services.
Support collaboration with people managers and employees by delivering practical and operational HR solutions that contribute to business performance and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
:
Support the local HR Business Partnering activities to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery to the organization, under the guidance of senior HRBP / HR leadership.
Supporting a competitive organization
Support senior HRBP and people managers with day-to-day organizational support (Myhub), employee relations, and change-related matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
Support organizational design or optimization initiatives by preparing data, materials, and analysis.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and applied.
HR Operational Excellence
Support the implementation and maintenance of HR guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent employment practices in alignment with HR standards.
Coordinate with GBS (HR Operations team) to ensure accurate and timely updates of SAP/SAC HR data and organization chart.
Prepare, manage, and validate data for regular HR annual cycles (e.g., Performance Review, TLU, Korean title review, Promotion, headcount planning).
Company Culture & Employee Experience Support
Support the rollout of cultural and engagement initiatives across the organization.
Support to build positive culture with a healthy working environment through cultural initiatives.
People Data & Reporting
Support people leaders to use HR analytics and reporting tools to track people¡¯s trends and metrics.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
:
Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Planning and project leading skills
Problem solving, Innovation
Good MS-office skills, SAP experience is a plus
Good Labor Law/ Market trend knowledge
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)
Minimum of 2 years progressive work experience in the field of HR, Business; preferably in an international organization
Project management experience preferable
English fluent (written and oral)
