Payroll Operation

Oversee end-to-end payroll process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Compile and validate monthly payroll inputs (new hires, transfers, allowances, leaves, incentives) with complete supporting documentation.
Coordinate with payroll vendors to run pre- and post-payroll checks, including gross-to-net variance, tax calculations, and social insurance contributions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies throughout payroll operations.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, checklists, and audit files; provide support for internal and external audits.
Act as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries, resolving discrepancies and ensuring employee satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes, leveraging automation and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


Compensation & Benefit Operations

Prepare and validate data templates for merit, bonus, and promotion cycles.
Update and manage changes in job, level, and pay data within HRIS (Workday).
Conduct regular market data refreshes and maintain salary ranges.
Update and manage job catalog under manager guidance.
Support sales/retail incentive plans: eligibility tracking, KPI collection, and payout calculation checks.


Benefits & Employee Lifecycle

Coordinate benefits enrollment and changes, onboarding/offboarding, and life event processing.
Manage new hire processes including system setup, documentation, and benefits enrollment.
Ensure accurate data entry and compliance for new hires, transfers, and terminations.
Manage vendor interfaces and monitor Service Level Agreement.
Oversee flexible benefits and wellbeing program logistics.
Support annual insurance renewal: census preparation, claims/utilization reporting, and employee communication.
Track statutory benefits and DC/IRP contributions, coordinating with payroll and vendors.

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

3-5 years in HR operations or C&B; payroll or benefits vendor coordination experience preferred.
Solid grasp of Korean payroll basics, statutory benefits, and data handling.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivots) and comfortable with HRIS/Workday.
Detail-oriented, organized, and service-minded; able to manage deadlines.
Korean (native) and English (Intermediate).
