- Coordinate with HR/business stakeholders for accurate execution and policy consistency

 

Policy Operations & HRIS

- Administer compensation policies for internal equity and market competitiveness

- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Workday) and oversee system-driven reward processes

 

Job Management

- Lead end-to-end Job Management Process: analysis, design, evaluation, classification

- Provide guidance on benefits, policy interpretation, and salary administration
