Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Beverage Preparation & Guest Service: • Greeting customers in a warm and professional manner, taking accurate orders and offering recommendations. • Prepare and serve coffee beverages including espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and signature specials. • Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related equipment to deliver consistent quality. • Steam and froth milk to standard for each drink type, adjusting textures and temperatures as required. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coffee origins, roasting methods, and current menu offerings. • Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients by monitoring stock rotation and storage practices. • Accurately process customer transactions through POS systems. • Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest requests, concerns, or feedback. Operations & Service Excellence: • Keep workstation, utensils, and equipment sanitized and organized in accordance with health and safety standards. • Maintain beverage preparation areas, condiment stations, and service counters to brand expectations. • Attend briefings, training sessions, and team meetings as scheduled by management. • Assist in restocking and inventory management of barista supplies and consumables. • Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure beverage presentation aligns with brand guidelines. • Support outlet operations during peak hours and collaborate closely with service teams as needed.
