Ensure an efficient use of the CRM for clienteling
Uphold respect of BV standard and procedures
Stock Optimization
Evaluate Competitors (Read Corporate Analysis, do Mystery Visits and coach SMs)
Develop effective networking across the Area and ensure shared knowledge and understanding of business sector trend
Ensure SM work in building effective relationship of his staff w/new and existing customers
Ensure excellence customer service in alignment with PRID
