Trade & Sales Support: Provide overall marketing support to sales and trade marketing teams, ensuring strategies are aligned with distributor goals and in-store display needs. Financial & Performance Management: Plan and manage the annual marketing budget to optimize ROI; drive execution of strategies to meet P&L goals and market share targets. Business Planning & Expansion: Support the delivery of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and lead brand category expansion through new product launches and GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies. Agency Management: Oversee relationships with third-party agencies, strategically maximizing their performance to drive consistent business results. Global Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with global offices; occasional international travel (e.g., US, Singapore) may be required.
