Key Requirements
o Educated to degree level in a numerate subject e.g. Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing
o 6+ years relevant data experience in Data Strategy, CRM or Marketing Strategy
o Experience in leading CRM data requirements and audience segmentation
o Experience in data modeling and customer profiling
o Experience presenting to senior teams, supporting, and influencing their decisions
o Great experience in prioritization and managing team projects
o Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
o Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a track record of rigorous implementation
o Knowledge of current and emerging IT technologies and trends
o Fluent in English and Korean, with strong communication skills

Technical Skills
o Experience with Data Lake, Power BI, SFCC
o Experience with customer databases
o Experience leading Marketing technologies integrations
o SQL/Java JDBC or another database language is preferred
o Fully Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint
