Position Overview

The Maintenance & Utilities Team Leader is responsible for leading all plant maintenance, utilities, and facility operations, including preventive maintenance systems, regulatory compliance, capital investment review, and budget management.

[Key Responsibilities]
1. Maintenance & Reliability Management
-Establish and operate preventive maintenance programs for major production and utility equipment
-Manage external maintenance contractors and conduct technical coordination
-Plan and execute regular and statutory inspections

2. Facility, Utilities & Infrastructure Management
-Analyze and optimize electricity, water, gas, and steam usage to drive cost reduction initiatives
-Maintain buildings, piping systems, electrical facilities, and fire protection systems
-Respond to external audits and inspections

3. Safety, Environmental & Regulatory Compliance
-Operate compliance systems for industrial safety, equipment, utilities, and environmental regulations
-Manage government relations and support certifications and audits (ISO, HACCP, etc.)
-Conduct root cause analysis for accidents and equipment failures and implement preventive actions

4. Capital Investment & Budget Management
-Review and validate capital investment proposals (process, applied technologies, equipment, and layout feasibility)

[Qualifications]
-Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance/engineering roles (mechanical, automation, electrical control) within food manufacturing or related industries
-Ability to review process and equipment drawings (AutoCAD, including 3D CAD)
-Experience in food production and automation equipment design review
-Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
-No restrictions on overseas business travel

[Preferred Qualifications]
-Experience with tofu, noodle, beverage, or sauce production lines
-Background in food manufacturing production, maintenance, or engineering
-Project Management experience, including new plant or new production line projects (domestic or overseas)
