[업무내용]
-물류센터 내 냉동설비 및 유틸리티 설비, 시설물 전반 관리
-시설물 예방보전(PM), 공무팀 관리, 대관업무
-현장 점검 및 온도 관제
-기타 시설·설비 관련 운영 및 관리 업무

-공조냉동기능사 자격증 필수

[Refrigeration & Facility Maintenance Engineer]

[Key Responsibilities]
-Manage and maintain refrigeration systems, utility equipment, and overall facility operations at a logistics center
-Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and oversee facility-related operations
-Manage maintenance team and handle government/regulatory liaison as required
-Conduct site inspections and temperature monitoring/control
-Support general facility and equipment operation activities

[Qualifications]
-Hands-on experience in individual refrigeration systems and facility management
-Mandatory: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician Certificate (Korea)
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
-No restrictions on overseas travel
(For male candidates: military service completed or exempt)

[Preferred Qualifications]
-Experience in logistics centers or food manufacturing facilities (3+ years preferred)
-Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Industrial Engineer Certificate
-Strong communication skills and experience in facility/equipment management
