[업무내용]
-국내 전 계열사 대상 신축 / 증축 / 대수선 / 개보수 / 인테리어 건설 프로젝트 총괄 관리
-공장, 물류센터, 오피스 등 주요 시설의 기획 → 설계 → 시공 → 준공 전 과정 리딩
-분야별 엔지니어링 관리(건축, 구조, 토목, 조경, 위생, 공조, 냉동, 기계, 전기, 친환경, 인테리어)
및 관련 인허가 전 부문 통합 총괄
-프로젝트 예산 및 일정 관리(MS Project, PERT, CPM, C/P) 수립 및 운영
-외부 협력사(시공사, 설계사, 감리사) 입찰 관리 및 유관부서 협업 총괄
-기술 표준 및 품질관리 체계 수립 및 운영
-주간/월간 Progress Report 작성 및 본사 경영진(CEO) 보고
-팀 인력(분야별 전문가) 조직 관리

-건축 관련 학사 이상
-건축설계 실무 경력 포함, 건설 관련 경력 15년 이상
-건설 프로젝트 총괄 및 경영진 보고 경험

-프로젝트 예산 및 일정관리, VE, CM 등 통합 관리 경험

[Key Responsibilities]
-Lead and manage all construction projects including new builds, expansions, major renovations, refurbishments, and interior works across domestic affiliated companies
-Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and design through construction and final handover for factories, logistics centers, and office facilities
-Provide integrated engineering management across multiple disciplines:
Architecture, Structure, Civil, Landscaping, Sanitary, HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical, Sustainability, and Interior
-Take full responsibility for permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance
-Develop and manage project budgets and schedules using MS Project, PERT, CPM, and Critical Path methods
-Lead bidding processes and manage external partners including general contractors, design firms, and supervision/inspection companies
-Establish and operate technical standards and quality management systems
-Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and present to executive management (CEO-level reporting)
-Lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary engineering professionals

‍ [Qualifications]
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related field
-15+ years of experience in construction, including hands-on architectural design experience
-Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects and reporting to executive management
-Strong experience in new construction and expansion of large factories or logistics centers
-Demonstrated experience in integrated project management including budget control, scheduling, VE, and CM
-Strong leadership and communication skills
(Mandatory experience managing teams of 5+ members / Reference check required)
-Proficiency in CAD, 3D tools, and PowerPoint with strong reporting and documentation skills

[Preferred Qualifications]
-Experience in food, pharmaceutical, logistics, or manufacturing facility projects
-Experience with external certifications such as HACCP, LEED, BEMS, BF
-Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese
-Senior-level registration with Construction Engineers Association and/or relevant professional certifications
