[모집부문]

Logistics Associate(1 Year Contractor)

[담당업무]

Import & Export Logistics
- Importation of Coach Korea Merchandise products and Non-Merchandise products such as Visual Merchandising equipment, Marketing items, Packaging and Store construction materials etc.
- Manage import courier shipments for Marketing samples and miscellaneous goods.
- Arrange export shipment operations with freight- forwarder and 3PL warehouse.
- Work with Asia Logistics team, Shanghai-based customer service team and local Korea Freight Forwarder/Customs broker.
- Communicate and arrange priority shipments and provide shipment status reports to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor delivery of shipments and GR (goods receiving) status at warehouse.
- Maintain and file import and export documents for future audit purposes.
- Invoice handling and arrange payment to freight forwarder/courier/customs brokers/3PL/duty payment etc.

3PL Warehouse Management
- Manage the 3PL and monitor day to day warehouse and local transportation operations.
- Support internal departments in fulfilling logistics operation requirements and requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish processes and solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and vendors to achieve improved performance in speed, quality and cost.
- Support new store openings.
- VAS support related with KC label information translation.

[자격요건]

- Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations for the Korean market.
- Experience with FTA processes is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in 3PL warehouse management or distribution center operations.
- Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of ERP/SAP systems; experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Access and other Office applications is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fashion or retail industry logistics is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Ability to write and understand English business emails is required; spoken English proficiency is strongly preferred.
