This position is responsible for supporting payroll-related tasks for hourly employee¡¯s time management in Yeongju plant. 

[Responsibilities]
• Payroll expertise – Solid understanding of payroll processes, Korea labor laws and compliance requirements specific to manufacturing environments
• Calculating and processing hourly employees¡¯ pay, allowance, social insurance, and year-end tax adjustment 
• Calculate and check hourly employees¡¯ working hours and leaves
• Administer internal local HR System(E-HR), responsible for reflecting any changes in accordance with Korean labor law and income tax law for hourly employees¡¯ pay structure. 
• Day-to-day admin support to process the benefit program for hourly employees 
• Playing a key contact person for hourly employees in the matters of pay, benefit programs, and any other inquiries 
• Ad-hoc support when required

[Qualification] 
• ºñÁî´Ï½º ¿µ¾î ¼ÒÅë °¡´ÉÀÚ 
• Expertise in Payroll process, local labor law
• Experience with timekeeping systems and shift-based payroll calculations
• Effective communication skills with internal customers
• Ability to explain payroll-related matters to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong sense of responsibility in handling sensitive employee information 
• Commitment to ethical standards and data privacy 
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
