• Position Title: Payroll Specialist
• Location: Seoul, Korea 

This position is responsible for Payroll and Benefit administration for salaried employees of Asia region office. 

[Responsibilities] 
• Process payroll for salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timelines 
• Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation 
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies 
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax documentation in a timely manner 
• Collaboration with HRIS and IT teams to ensure system accuracy and troubleshoot payroll-related issues 
• Administer internal local HR System(E-HR), responsible for reflecting any changes in organization structures 
• Support audits and reporting requirements related to payroll 
• Assist in year-end processes, including income statements
• Play a key role in benefit administration
• Responsible for administering payroll processes for overseas
