[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of standard HR (SOP) processes and procedures - Lead and manage C&B activities including budgeting, Forecast, Actual Budget, etc : main role - Offer expert guidance on compensation and benefits strategies, review the payroll and manpower planning & budgeting, change management initiatives, and employee engagement programs. - Operate pension program (DB/DC) plan and align with employee, management, bank and report properly. - Oversee HR reporting activities, adhering to HQ guidelines, providing accurate and timely information for strategic decision-making. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing legal matters to uphold high standards and consistent strategies within the areas of responsibility. - Drive the development and implementation of a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) policy, fostering an inclusive workplace culture. - Drive organizational culture development by fostering a culture of continuous feedback and leading employee relations initiatives, including labor council committees, company-wide events, and employee experience programs. - Foster a culture of continuous feedback and orchestrate employee relations activities such as labor council committee, company event, employee experiences activities. - Lead manager of the GA (general affairs), C&B team member - Align with TA (Talent acquisition) for budget, company branding - Utilize strong communication skills to clearly articulate performance expectations and incentive structures to employees at all levels. - Not limited above mentioned roles

Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience within structured, multinational
organizations, with a continuous focus on Compensation & Benefits roles. -
GA experience is required -
Business-level English communication skills preferred -
Bachelors degree -
In-depth knowledge of labor standard law understanding -
Demonstrated expertise in talent management, compensation & benefits, and
diversity and inclusion cultural development initiatives. -
Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office, system-driven approach -
Strong leadership and team management skills. -
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality -
Customer oriented, approachable with strong interpersonal skills -
Approaches challenges with an open-mind and is willing to try new things. -
Ability to offer solutions, provide advice and drive resolution on people
related matters.
