[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] What you will do • Develop & implement specific local sales initiatives to meet objectives and 1YMP deliverables with emphasis on sales & profitable growth • Enhance product offer via active engagement and coaching with cross functional team • Lead responsible distributors or sectors execution for success to grow and maintain including regular stewardship • Direct or in-direct biz development & study (B2B), New channel development • Plan for seminar / training / Industry exhibition • Use of a pipeline process in order to track, develop and close new accounts. • Maximizing the ¡°face to face¡± time with the customers through effective time management skills • Work together with the Sales team/Lube Engineer/Marketing resources to support the programs deployed in the market.
REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor¡¯s Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering) • Entry level to 3 years experience • Working Knowledge of MS office programs(excel, power point, word) • Fluent in English speaking, reading & writing • Business & analytical skills / Customer Orientation • Teamwork / collaboration • Innovation / Taking Initiative / Driving continuous improvement • Benefit selling skills • Make sound decision • Effective Communications / sales coaching
