Position Summary You will support the brand team in Korea to plan and deliver customer-focused marketing activities. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Support development and execution of integrated brand plans and local marketing tactics. - Create and prepare clear promotional materials, training tools and customer communications. - Analyse market and performance data to identify opportunities and measure campaign impact. - Coordinate with field colleagues, agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. - Manage project timelines, budgets and administrative tasks to support campaign execution. - Contribute to omnichannel activities and digital engagement to improve customer reach. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor¡¯s degree in marketing, business, life sciences or a related field. - Minimum 1–2 years¡¯ experience in brand marketing, product management or commercial role. - Strong written and spoken Korean; good English communication skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work collaboratively. - This role is hybrid with regular on-site presence required in Korea. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector. - Practical experience with market research, customer insight or analytics tools. - Experience working with agencies or field teams to deliver campaigns. - Knowledge of omnichannel or digital marketing tactics and measurement. - Strong presentation skills and experience preparing training materials. - Familiarity with regulatory and promotional compliance in a healthcare setting. Working arrangement This role is based in the Republic of Korea and follows a hybrid working model. You will be expected to spend regular days on site to collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
