VP, Global Digital Platform (Global eCommerce)

Key Responsibilities
Global eCommerce Strategy & Leadership
- - Define and own KISS¡¯s global ecommerce growth strategy across DTC and marketplace channels.
- - Lead strategic planning cycles (annual, quarterly, monthly) including goals, budgets, KPIs, and financial targets.
- - Translate corporate and brand strategies into actionable digital commerce initiatives and global execution plans.
- - Provide executive-level leadership, mentorship, and development to the global digital platform team.
P&L Ownership & Performance Management
- - Own global ecommerce P&L performance across DTC, Amazon US, and international marketplaces.
- - Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across revenue, margin, advertising efficiency, and investment.
- - Identify business risks/opportunities by region, channel, product line, and platform.
- - Partner closely with Finance, CMI, and Operations to drive data-based decision making.
Global Platform Expansion (Amazon & DTC)
- - Architect and lead global Amazon expansion beyond the US into EU, AU, IN, and additional high?potential markets.
- - Oversee market entry planning including assortment strategy, pricing, cost modeling, compliance, advertising, and logistics.
- - Guide site experience, merchandising strategy, and performance optimization for our Campany.com
- - Ensure scalable platform architecture, data structures, and performance dashboards in collaboration with IT/digital teams.
Process, Planning & Governance
- - Establish and enforce global planning, reporting, and governance frameworks to support rapid scaling.
- - Drive operational discipline around timelines, milestones, budgets, and cross-functional commitments.
- - mprove transparency, performance visibility, and accountability across all regions and platforms.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
- - Act as a central orchestrator across Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Regional Teams, and external partners.
- - Lead global business reviews and executive updates, providing insights, KPIs, risks, and recommendations.
- - Promote alignment and consistency across markets while enabling regional adaptation where necessary.
Data, Insights & Digital Operations Excellence
- - Oversee development of advanced dashboards, financial models, and ecommerce reporting infrastructures.
- - Champion the use of analytics, testing, and automation to drive continuous improvement.
- - Ensure platform data accuracy, operational rigor, and synchronized workflows across all digital channels.
Qualifications
- - 12+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital strategy, commercial strategy, or related leadership roles.
- - Proven success leading global ecommerce growth across both Amazon (1P preferred) and DTC ecosystems.
- - Demonstrated experience scaling digital businesses internationally (EU, AU, IN, and/or other global markets).
- - Deep understanding of ecommerce P&L management, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analytics.
- - Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams across multiple functions or regions.
- - Exceptional cross?functional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
- - Highly strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands?on operational execution.
Preferred:
- - Experience in beauty, CPG, or multi-brand consumer categories.
- - Experience building scalable digital systems, governance structures, or transformation initiatives.
- - Expertise with BI tools, automation, or advanced analytics environments.
