The Role
As the Head of Brand, you will be the primary architect of the brand¡¯s growth in Korea. You will oversee all local operations, from strategic retail expansion to high-level merchandising and brand positioning.
This role is ideal for a "Builder" who thrives in a high-growth environment and possesses the negotiation power to secure prime locations in Korea¡¯s top department stores..

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a 3-year growth roadmap to scale the business from its current foundation to a market-leading position.
- Retail Expansion: Lead the aggressive rollout of new points of sale, specifically targeting "Big 3" department stores (Hyundai, Shinsegae, Lotte).
- P&L Management: Full accountability for the country¡¯s P&L, ensuring top-line growth while optimizing operational efficiency.
- Team Management: Directly lead and mentor a high-performing team of four managers (Retail, MD, VM, and Wholesale).
- Global Stakeholder Management: Act as the key liaison between the Korean market and the Global CEO/HQ to align local strategies with the brand¡¯s global vision.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the performance of flagship stores and outlet operations, ensuring consistent brand standards and maximized sales density.

- Experience: 15 ~ 20 years of experience in the fashion/retail industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Track Record: Proven success in scaling a brand¡¯s presence in Korea. Strong existing networks with major department store buyers are essential.

- Background: Experience in both Global High-Street/Mass-Market and Premium Contemporary/Lifestyle brands is highly preferred.

- Language: Must be fluent in English and Korean (Business level or higher) for seamless communication with Global HQ.

- Mindset: A proactive, "entrepreneurial" spirit with the ability to balance creative brand integrity with commercial aggressiveness.
