Must-Have
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java, Spring, Spring boot, MicroServices, web application design, development and implementation
- Must be strong in Java and Spring.
- Must have knowledge on web-sphere
- Fluent experience in web client MVC development and deep understanding of design philosophy.
- Good design/build of web application with the latest technology
- Debug and resolve technical issues, aid with resolution.
- Good understanding of SDLC process and Agile development
- Good communication skills to deal with various project stakeholders.

Good-to-Have
- Experience on Cloud development / environment is optional
- Project experience of implementing large scale web application.

Key Expectations from the Role
1 Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
2 Support all phases of the SDLC from Requirement gathering to deployment
3 Develop components and microservices, ensuring high performance and responsive application
4 Work with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps)
5 Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
6 Analyzing and resolving application issues and database defects
7 End to end ownership for the developed application until it goes live in production
