Position Overview

This role is responsible for leading new product development, product improvement, process engineering, and production quality management for frozen pizza, hot dogs, cheese balls, shelf-stable snacks, and bakery products. The position requires strong leadership capability and external manufacturing network development.

[Qualifications]
Minimum 10 years of experience in frozen snack or bakery R&D
Proven experience in frozen pizza & bakery manufacturing companies
Experience leading full-cycle product development and commercialization

Team leadership experience
