The Assistant Retail Sales Manager¡¯s responsibility is to achieve the sales target with an ethical and mannered way of working. The role requires engagement with internal Sales, Marketing and other business functions to develop sales plans and activities and then implement these across the Sales team and key retail partners.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
Develop and implement effective channel and assortment strategies to maximise Dyson¡¯s profitability and reduce variability, in line with market goals
Responsible for delivering monthly key account sales volumes, revenue, and profit targets
Communicate budget, target, and latest estimate (LE) changes to Head of Sales and key stakeholders
Monitor and analyse channel sales data, proactively drive actions to meet or exceed targets
Drive accurate forecasting and monthly sales planning processes
Execute sales activities according to pricing strategy, ensuring profitability and local price compliance across SKUs
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Finance to create integrated business plans for key account growth
Ensure efficient store operations and upskill in-store staff through effective leadership and training
Support efficient store operations and implement best practices across all stores
Solve operational issues and drive continuous process improvement
Build and manage strong partnerships with assigned EM accounts
Build a network with key customer contacts
Suggest quarterly business reviews and channel strategies
Prioritises the company¡¯s interests when working with partners
Identify market trends and competitive moves; develop strategies to outperform competitors
Network with internal and external stakeholders to develop sales plans and executional models
Work proactively to identify potential problems and craft solutions
Demonstrate agility to take on new responsibilities aligned to the purpose of the role; fix what needs fixing

Previous skills & experience:
Bachelor¡¯s Degree or equivalent in a relevant business-related field
Minimum 8 years sales experience with a strong consumer brand
Proven EM channel (EMart, Himart, Costco) management experience preferred
Experience with customer negotiations and account management
Field sales or key account sales experience in a multi-national company is preferred
Excellent English is a must, with Korean native
