What we need:

 

The Associate Director, Construction Project will be the overall lead for project execution in South Korea, responsible for the successful delivery of one or more data centre projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.

 

This role drives schedule adherence, cost control, and execution excellence, supported by the platform¡¯s Design Delivery, Commercial, Procurement, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) teams. The role ensures that each project is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with the business¡¯s Required Ready-for-Service (RFS) timeline and financial targets.
