Manager, Planning and Execution, Business Development (1Year)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Manager, planning and execution supports the planning and implementation of key priorities for Korea. The role provides cross‑functional coordination, meeting management, project tracking, and operational support to ensure that strategic golf initiatives are well organized, clearly communicated, and delivered effectively. This position works closely with senior leaders to translate plans into action and maintain strong execution rhythms. The role also provides support and overview of golf business, planning, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Planning & Support
Support WHS Planning activities in line with WHS BP&A team with oversight on sales, inventory, discount , return and RFC / IBP submission support
Coordinate with the channels to provide overview at an overall golf business level of planning and realization of key metrics and initiatives (e.g. Clearance)
Support regular reporting and global focused requests from a WHS planning and overall golf perspective
2. Project Management / Operational Coordination
Provide day‑to‑day coordination support for priority projects across Marketing, Sales, Operations.
Prepare project documentation and ensure teams have the latest information and updates.
Monitor project progress against plan and highlight risks or delays to managers and project owners.
Support communication of project status to senior stakeholders.
3. Business Rhythm & Meeting Management (Local, Global)
Organize and run business meetings related to Golf priorities (weekly reviews, planning sessions, cross‑functional check‑ins).
Prepare agendas, consolidate materials, document decisions, and track follow‑up actions.
Support the creation of presentations and performance updates for leadership.
4. Change Support
Support in simplifying requests and asks and minimizing adhoc demands to business stakeholders
Help track progress of change adoption and ensure cross‑functional teams remain aligned.
KPIs
WHS Planning and support for Overall business planning (Golf focus)
Timely and accurate completion of project trackers and meeting follow‑ups.
Quality of planning materials, updates, and presentations prepared.
Stakeholder feedback on coordination, communication clarity, and execution support.
Contribution to efficient and consistent business rhythms for Golf initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Business Planning skills
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow‑through.
Collaborative and people-oriented working style.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to prepare well-structured documents and presentations.
Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Interest or experience in sports, particularly golf, is an advantage.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree required.
5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, project coordination, planning, or similar roles.
Experience working in cross‑functional environments.
Experience preparing reports, presentations, or business updates.
