[담당업무]

-Responsible for providing technical expertise support to Hempel business with advisory, coordination, customer interfaces
-Responsible for acting as a central hub to link the requirements/requests from Sales, Marketing and Technical Services in Marine to the R&D function
-Responsible for communicating the local business needs to Group BTE, GRH and SME R&D functions
-Responsible for planning, executing, coordinating activities related to sales technical queries, qualifying testing programs, complaint investigations, customer site visits together with relevant internal R&D teams.
-Provide support to sales for their queries of product technical data, specifications, performance, application parameters, standard and certificate information
-Communicate and coordinate the requirements from sales, MKT or external customers with regional or Group R&D to setup appropriate lab testing, samples, site trials, vendor qualifying programs.
-Act as the local R&D team in Marine in complaint investigations and application issues by coordinating within R&D function or across-functions
-Liaise with Group BTE, GRH and SME teams for relevant requests for Group products/assortment/GKAs/International Industrial standards.
-Visit customer sites with sales to make technical presentations
-Attend application sites to investigate technical issues or investigate complaints with TS

[자격요건]

경력: 경력 5~10년
학력: 대졸 이상
기타:
University degree or above in chemistry, polymer materials or chemical related majors - Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Chemistry, Paint and Coating Technology
Relevant experience more than 5yrs - 10yrs
Flexibility to travel to Yangsan twice a week
Strong technical knowledge and experience in Marine products
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Solid English skills both verbal as well as written
