[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Credit & Risk Management - Collect and analyze corporate financial, business, and credit information through research, interviews, and site visits. - Conduct advanced financial analysis (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, ratio analysis). - Review and validate source information scoring to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. - Participate in sensitive buyer visits and oversee assessment quality across the team. - Validate credit ratings (DRA) in line with global delegation rules and governance standards. - Ensure all credit files are up-to-date and comply with required review frequency. - Manage debtor shareholding structures and legal group trees within internal systems. - Oversee large exposure and sensitive debtor portfolios. - Review suspicious cases and prepare pre-fraud analysis reports. - Negotiate contracts with local information providers. - Supervise outsourced back-office functions and ensure service effectiveness. - Take ownership of annual production and quality KPIs. - Support strategic and ad-hoc projects as required.
Leadership & Process Control - Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of credit professionals. - Drive process control and operational discipline in line with group standards. - Conduct regular performance reviews. - Manage workflow planning to ensure operational continuity. - Coach and mentor team members to enhance professional capability.

Mandatory Requirements -Minimum 3+ years of corporate credit risk experience within credit insurance, corporate banking, or credit rating environments.(´ë¸®¸»~°úÀåÃÊ) - Proven hands-on credit decision-making authority (e.g., DRA validation, credit limit approval, risk committee participation). -Advanced capability in interpreting audited and management financial statements (BS, P&L, Cash Flow) and conducting ratio-based credit assessments. - Solid understanding of company law, accounting principles, and corporate group structures. - Understanding of macroeconomic and industry-sector drivers impacting credit risk.
Preferred - Experience managing medium-to-large corporate exposure portfolios. - Prior team leadership or people management experience. - Familiarity with corporate banking products and financing structures. - Experience with credit platforms such as ATLAS or equivalent systems.
Technical Requirements - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
