### 1. Key Responsibilities Global Product Development & Site Management Develop and manage Kimchi, pickled, and side dish products tailored for global markets. Provide technical support and establish localization processes for overseas production facilities. Manufacturing & Processing Technology Advancement Design and optimize pickling, fermentation, and processing stages. Conduct research on production automation technologies and food materials. Process Scale-up & Field Application Translate Lab-scale research into production (Scale-up) and optimize onsite application. Develop pre-treatment and processing technologies based on raw material characteristics (vegetables, etc.).
### 2. Qualifications Education: Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher (Food Science, Food Technology, Fermentation Engineering, Agriculture/Horticulture, or related fields). Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in product/technical R&D within the food manufacturing industry.
Core Competencies: Deep understanding of fermentation and manufacturing processes. Proven track record of leading the entire product lifecycle from planning to mass production.
### 3. Preferred Qualifications Academic Background: Master¡¯s degree or higher in a related field.
Technical Skills: Experience in R&D or manufacturing of Kimchi and pickled food products. Expertise in microbial control and fermentation management. Experience in Smart Factory and automated production line design. Others: Proficiency in global communication and ability to travel internationally.
