O Business Performance Management - Own and deliver annual sales and profitability targets through disciplined business performance management. - Ensure strong audit results and adherence to operational controls, maintaining a healthy risk and compliance environment. - Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI on investments, operational efficiency, and commercial outcomes. - Ensure day-to-day activities are aligned with core retail strategies, global priorities, and long-term business objectives.
O Operational Excellence - Ensure all stores consistently operate to brand standards, delivering seamless systems performance and an elevated client experience. - Conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution, strengthen operational discipline, and provide real-time coaching. - Remove barriers to performance by identifying operational gaps and implementing effective corrective actions. - Build a culture of continuous improvement that drives consistency across all store environments.
O People & Leadership Development - Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance leadership across the retail team. - Build a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, empowerment, and collaborative leadership. - Identify, develop, and retain top talent to strengthen future leadership pipelines within the retail organization. - Ensure that all policies, procedures, and brand standards are communicated effectively and executed with excellence
