수출입 및 공급망 운영 (Logistics & HQ Comm.)
해외 본사(독일 등) 및 파트너사 이메일 커뮤니케이션 (영어 필수)
장비 수입 통관 및 선적 서류(Invoice, Packing List 등) 준비 및 관리
포워더/물류사 협업을 통한 장비 생산 및 납기 일정 트래킹
재고 및 오퍼레이션 관리 (Inventory & SAP)
영업팀 장비 및 주요 부품 재고 관리 (현황 파악 및 최적화)
SAP 기반 오더 관리 (Sales Order, PO, Down Payment, GR 등 전 과정)
신규 거래처(Account) 등록 및 프로젝트별 기회(Opportunity) 관리
영업 행정 및 리포팅
프로젝트별 마진 관리 및 영업 관련 문서(계약서, 계산서 등) 검토

[자격 요건]
학력: 무관 (신입 지원 가능)
어학: 기본적인 영어 Reading & Writing 가능자 (본사 이메일 대응 가능 수준)
OA: MS Office (Excel, Outlook 등) 활용 숙련자
역량: 꼼꼼하고 책임감 있게 데이터와 문서를 관리할 수 있는 분

[Position Highlights - Career Development]
Strategic Role Specialization: We are currently restructuring our operations to enhance efficiency. This position will focus specifically on Import/Customs, Inventory Management, and HQ Communication, providing a deep dive into specialized supply chain operations.
Global Exposure: You will serve as a key liaison with the German HQ and global partners, utilizing English in a real-world business context daily.
[Key Responsibilities]
Logistics & Global Communication (HQ Liaison)
Direct communication with German HQ and global partners via email (English).
Manage import customs clearance and prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
Coordinate with forwarders and logistics partners to track equipment production and delivery schedules.
Sales Operations & SAP Management
Manage full-cycle orders through SAP (Sales Order, PO, Down Payment, GR, etc.).
Register new accounts and manage project-based "Opportunities."
Review sales-related documents, including contracts and tax invoices.
Inventory & Reporting
Monitor and manage inventory levels for equipment and spare parts.
Track project-based margins and prepare monthly reports on sales, inventory status, and opportunities.
[Qualifications]
Education: No degree requirement (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Language: Basic English Reading & Writing skills (Capable of business email correspondence with HQ).
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Prior experience in Sales Support, Logistics, or Trade Operations.
