O High Jewelry Category Management - Curate optimal assortments for High Jewelry doors and exclusive events, ensuring product offerings reflect the company¡¯s luxury positioning and strategic objectives. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with Global High Jewelry Merchandising regarding performance, product needs, and opportunities. - Identify client needs in the High Jewelry category through close collaboration with store leaders and secure requested pieces via global coordination.
O Team Management & Leadership - Supervise and guide merchandising team members, ensuring they proactively lead their respective product categories. - Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. - Promote knowledge sharing and support team members¡¯ development, accountability, and ownership.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.

Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience working with a global luxury brand.
