[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Service, maintain and install medical devices - Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures - Educate our customers in the maintenance and operation of their devices, including the provision of on-site education where necessary - Provide technical support by telephone communications - Respond in a timely manner to any emergency breakdowns and customer calls - Maintain detailed and accurate records of service visits, including updating the relevant database - Maintain stock levels to cater for any breakdowns with minimal downtime - Undertake repairs in the workshop - Candidates can expect to work outside of normal hours on occasion - Helping in service contract renewals and finding new service business opportunities - Maintaining tools and test equipment in good condition - Able to travel frequently on a short notice
The role may also involve: - Attending team meetings, online conferences and teleconferences, briefings and events as requested - Attending trade shows, industry events activities. These normally take place outside normal business hours. - Acting as an ambassador for the company within the industry
