Education: Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher (Majors in Business Administration,
Labor Relations, or Law preferred). -
Experience: 7–11 years of relevant HR experience. o
Required: Extensive experience in ER (Labor Unions and Labor-Management
Councils). o
Preferred: Hands-on experience in C&B. -
Professional Competencies: o
C&B Practice: Experience in designing/operating payroll systems and
performance-linked compensation (Retail industry experience preferred). o
ER Practice: Proven track record of directly handling labor disputes and
successful labor-management mediation. o
IT Proficiency: Skilled in HRIS and e-approval systems (e.g., DaouOffice);
advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. -
Language: Proficient in English (Ability to handle English documentation and
reporting without issues; high-level fluency in speaking is not mandatory).

Qualifications -
Emphasis on potential for growth as a Labor Attorney (Certified Public Labor
Consultant) -
Experience preparing for the Certified Public Labor Consultant (CPLC) exam or
completion of specialized labor law programs. -
Strong commitment to professional development (Goal: 40+ hours of annual
Labor/ER training). -
Retail-Specific Experience: Managing multiple store locations and handling ER
issues for contract workers/part-time staff.
