- Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise construction crews, subcontractors, 

and site engineers.

- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and sequencing for 

onshore/offshore/LNG/FSRU projects.

- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction activities to meet project milestones.

- Strong understanding of HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance, with ability to enforce site safety and 

quality standards.

- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve technical, commercial, 

and operational issues on site.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interface with project management, engineering, clients, 

and subcontractors.

- Competence in preparing and maintaining site reports, progress updates, documentation, and records 

for management review.

 

 

[Key Responsibility & Requirements]

-Minimum 12+ experience in constrution manager or minimum 2 project in EPC, onshore, offshore, LNG, or 

FSRU projects.

- Proven experience managing large construction sites, including labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.

- Experience in enforcing HSE and quality requirements and conducting site audits/inspections.

- Demonstrated ability to manage construction schedules, resources, and cost control on complex projects.

- Hands-on experience in coordinating with project management, engineering, procurement, and clients.

- Experience in reviewing and approving construction-related documents, method statements, 

and progress reports.

- Prior exposure to fast-track or multi-discipline construction projects with successful delivery and handover.
