DIRECT REPORT TO: Key Account Management Manager 


[ACCOUNTABILITIES]
¤Ñ Collecting and submitting monthly promotion (promotion scheme, product image, sales target, etc.) 

     by retailer (request cooperation from related departments): Brands, Commercial Planning, Retailers 

¤Ñ Cooperate with retailers for maximizing promotion exposures 

¤Ñ Official letter work: New open/Closure letter, return letter, monthly promotion letter, labor costs letter, 

     Pricing letter, SSG Fit, etc.
¤Ñ  Signing off the agreements by retailer (electronic agreements, paper agreements, 

     promotion contracts, SSG Fit, interior contracts, etc.).
¤Ñ  Collecting regular closing day by retailer and notifying it to related departments 

¤Ñ  Writing order form for distributor
¤Ñ  Uploading BI data (distributor monthly closing data) by brand
¤Ñ  Collecting and submitting delivery driver information on SSG EDI 

¤Ñ  AD HOC

    - Changing DS stores information (payment date, etc.)

    - MRO order (Name card), request to increase MRO cost for all brands & stores 

    - PR/PO (warehouse rent cost, etc.) 

    - Distributor contract, Vendor Registration 

    - Preparation meeting material 

    - Supporting preparation team meeting, visitor welcoming, freegoods delivery, etc.

    - Supporting newcomer registration



[Requirements]

- University-level education or equivalent
- Cosmetic/Retail industry experience preferred
