Medical Strategy & Management - Develops and implements the local medical affairs strategy and engagement plan for the responsible TAs, ensuring alignment with regional medical strategy and local business objectives. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to contribute to brand strategy formulation, business planning, and key cross-functional activities. - Identifies, engages, and maintains professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external experts (investigators, study groups) to exchange scientific updates and gather insights.
2. Key Project Management - Oversees the management of local company-sponsored studies and supports Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs) to generate local evidence and publications. - Leads the development and management of digital medical communications, including digital medical newsletters for HCPs. - Plans and organizes Advisory Board Meetings and/or 1on1 Consultation Meetings to gather expert advice on clinical practice and unmet medical needs. - Plans and tracks the local medical affairs budget.
3. Commercial Support & Medical Governance - Compliance: Reviews and approves promotional materials (M-flow, Life 2.0) and activities (M-Engage) to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with local regulations (MFDS), KRPIA codes, and company SOPs. - Medical Information: Oversees the management of local Medical Information Call Center. Provides timely and accurate responses to unsolicited medical information enquiries from external customers (via e-mails, if not managed by the call center) and documents appropriately. - Field Force Training: Develops and delivers scientific trainings and Q&A guides for the Sales Force to ensure high clinical competence. - New Product Evaluation: Evaluates business development opportunities together with Business Development (BD) team, from a medical standpoint and provides documented evaluation for new products proposed by BD..
