About the Company UGC AI is a leading UGC agency spun out of Jenni AI (founded by David Park). We help brands grow through high-volume organic social media content, combining human creators, AI-powered content systems, and large-scale posting operations across social platforms. Our model is built for speed, consistency, and scale, enabling clients to produce far more content than traditional agencies while maintaining strong creative quality. By combining proven creator workflows with technology-enabled operations, we help brands generate attention, reach, and performance through sustained organic output. Role Overview and Qualifications (1) Role Overview: We’re hiring someone to manage multiple phones/accounts and post high volumes of short-form video content each day. This is a fast-paced execution role best suited to someone highly disciplined, reliable, and very comfortable using TikTok. This is a hybrid role based in Seoul and we're looking for someone available to start immediately Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple phones and social accounts day-to-day • Upload and large volumes of video content accurately and on time • Follow posting plans, checklists, and account instructions closely • Keep devices, accounts, and workflows organised • Monitor posting progress and flag any issues quickly • Maintain consistency, speed, and attention to detail across all accounts (2) Qualifications What We’re Looking For: • Strong work ethic and excellent discipline • Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume execution • Good TikTok knowledge and hands-on experience using the platform • Highly organised and dependable • Able to work quickly without making mistakes • Proactive and responsive • Fluent communication skills in English Ideal For Someone Who: • Likes structured, execution-heavy work • Can stay focused and consistent every day • Takes ownership and gets things done without needing constant oversight Employment Conditions • Independent Contractor, rolling contract • Probation period: 3 months • Salary: USD 3,000 per month • Starting date: ASAP (negotiable.) • Location: Hybrid (Remote / Gangnam) • Official Working hours: Full time Selection Process • 1st round: Document review • 2nd round: In-person Interview * Results of each round will be informed to the concerned candidate(s) individually. We’re hiring someone to manage multiple phones/accounts and post high volumes of short-form video content each day. This is a fast-paced execution role best suited to someone highly disciplined, reliable, and very comfortable using TikTok.
