Experience : - 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience - Significant HR leadership experience in multinational companies - Strong knowledge of Korean labor law and HR practices - Experience partnering with regional or global leadership teams
Skills : - Strategic thinking and strong business acumen - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong leadership and team management capability - Change management and organizational development expertise - Fluent in Korean and English
