[담당업무] - Coordinate the various contractors at site. Monitor and ensure construction contractor's compliance Safety Standards, Construction Standards and Procedures.
- Monitor the work of each contractor and make sure the quality of workmanship and materials meet Contract requirements.
- Review and agree to the schedules and manning levels with the contractors and review update progress during the weekly meetings.
- Ensure that the contractors make the arrangements for receipt, inventory, storage, and safe handling of materials and equipment
- Report to Korea construction team manager any problems such as labor shortages, strikes, equipment delivery slippages, availability of contract documents and drawings, etc.
- Report to Korea construction team manager any potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions before construction starts on a project.
- Arrange for testing and witnessing all different testing and maintain a log as indicated in the Construction Quality Audits
- Review Rigging Study and supervision for heavy equipment installation such as cold box or heavy weight compressors at site.

* Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in construction engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years working experience in total, 5+ years in construction projects for industrial gas plant construction projects, chemical or petrochemical projects
- Ability to multi-tasks, managing several activities at any time.
- Knowledge of project execution & site management, especially in construction projects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills among various functions.
* PREFERRED
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Knowledge and experience of industrial gas projects or any plant construction projects including civil, mechanical and piping, electrical and instrument activities.
- Experience in construction management and/or construction estimation in international engineering company or high ranked local EPC.
- Knowledge and experience on construction subcontract management.
- Knowledge and experience on various construction types of contracts.
- Has certificates, licenses or experience related to the construction activities.
