Sr.Specialist, Traffic & Consumer Experience, eCommerce Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization : The role is to drive revenue growth through high quality traffic and conversion optimization for adidas ecom / app sites for KR ecom & e-market place, manage external media agencies to develop wide-reaching digital campaigns/commercial moments and constantly optimize results, working also together with the digital stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the media campaigns / all traffic related activations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, devise and implement the traffic generation & acquisition strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with Ecom Business Develop and implement comprehensive traffic to accelerate eCom revenue growth via our eCom Channels: both Acquisition Channels (SEO and paid media – paid search, display, paid social, performance marketing, affiliate marketing) and Retention Channels (CRM – lifecycle programs and consumer engagement/loyalty) Own the Digital KPIs and monitoring & reporting performance of all paid traffic channels, including SEO/SEM, Display, Paid Social, and Affiliates, etc. Budget Management: Oversee the allocation, tracking, and optimization of digital media and activation budgets to ensure optimal result in the most efficient way to generate profitable growth. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with adidas Brand/digital activation and Business Units, to align traffic generation initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution. Stakeholder relationship and management: Manage effectively and establish a collaborative relationship with different levels of stakeholders in terms of MMM development & execution, budget management, and target achievements. Market and Industry Intelligence: Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and competitive movements to maintain a cutting-edge approach to traffic optimization. Develop campaigns, initiate and manage projects, partnerships, cooperation and ensure that schedules, deliverables, budgets and timings are established. Be accountable for web analytics projects, helping define and implement performance reports. Oversee and support local brand campaigns aligned with Global & local Brand team with site configurations to support Manage outside agencies Key Relationships: All consumer direct functions All eCommerce functions Global /adidas Korea Brand activation / Digital activation / Business Units Global Membership Finance IT 3rd party vendors Knowledge Skills and Abilities : Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Fluent in English Deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, consumer behavior, and conversion optimization strategies Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for e-commerce and digital Data driven, analytical, pragmatic and solution orientated. Strong understanding of web analytics and attribution modeling. Experience working with multiple agencies and understanding of media agency set-up, structures and general view of operating model Strong budget & project management and organization Experience in application launch and manage e-commerce environment Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor¡¯s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related fields (Master¡¯s preferred). Excellent Excel, Powerpoint, MS word skill Excellent Writen and spoken English Minimum 5+ years of experience in media and performance marketing, traffic management, global & localized content strategies, influencers & content creators content or affiliate marketing, digital marketing, campaign management.
