Sr Specialist, Mono Training, Wholesale (1Y2M)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and performance of mono store teams across South Korea. This role supports the Mono Excellence Manager by ensuring all training initiatives align with global standards and contribute to the overall success and efficiency of mono store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs for store teams, covering key areas such as customer service, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
Create training materials, manuals, and (if applicable) e-learning modules that are engaging and effective.
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions for store teams, both in-person and virtually, to ensure consistent knowledge transfer.
Stay updated on the latest training methods and industry best practices to continually improve training programs.
Implement feedback from trainees and stakeholders to refine and enhance training initiatives.
Performance Analysis:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions to address them.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Retail Training team to align training programs with operational goals and standards.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure all training programs comply with global standards and local requirements.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure training consistency and effectiveness across all stores.

WHS Mono AMs, Mono Accounts and Stores, Retail Training, Global Sales Academy (HQ), HR (Local), Brand
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
:
Previous experience of the implementation of training programs – planning, development, delivery, report.
Ability to structure and deliver full training cycle. (Including in-person training, 1:1 coaching, Virtual training)
Willing to play sports as part of retail trainer.
Strong presentation and Microsoft office skills(PPT, Excel)
Flexibility in working across office and stores and with diversity cultures.
Proficiency in English is preferred.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2+ years of work experience, preferably within Retail and Training.
Training and Sports industry experience is preferable.
