Provide strategic and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal and business matters
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various contracts and legal documents related to R&D, clinical trials, sales and marketing, manufacturing, licensing, strategic partnerships, and corporate transactions
Identify potential legal and operational risks and recommend proactive, business-oriented solutions
Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and practices to prevent and manage identified risks
Partner with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of legal policies and provide training where needed
Lead, coordinate, or support legal disputes, litigation, regulatory inquiries, investigations, and other contentious matters
Collaborate with external counsel and support additional legal projects and ad hoc assignments as required

[ 자격조건 ]

JD or LLB degree from an accredited law school
Licensed attorney in Korea, the U.S., Canada, the U.K., or the European Union
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification legal experience
High proficiency in both Korean and English
Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Solid understanding of how legal matters impact business performance, with a client-focused mindset
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently
