> Visual Implementation & Quality Control
- Execute the global VM strategy locally, maintaining brand consistency and standard while adapting to market & store team needs.
- Ensure high-quality visual displays across boutiques and windows to reinforce Maison’s image and support sales.
- Conduct regular store visits and visual audits, providing training and guidance to boutique teams.

> Display Material & Props Management
- Manage local prop inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Coordinate orders for display materials, props, and visual tools with the central VM and Packaging departments.
- Oversee timely installation, maintenance, and replenishment for boutiques and new openings.

> New openings, Events & Popups
- Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, and special events.
- Manage VM planning, order placement, follow-up delivery, and on-site setup for new store openings.
- Coordinate with Store Managers, Retail, ID, Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling and brand presentation.

> Reporting & Collaboration
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the Central VM Coordinator regarding implementation quality, local insights, and improvement areas.
- Review central VM guidelines and drawings, sharing localized feedback to ensure feasibility and excellence in execution.
- Maintain alignment with merchandising and retail teams on product allocation and visual priorities.

> Budget & Administration
- Manage local VM budget for display, props, and installations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.

[자격요건]

경력: 경력 5년↑
학력: 대졸
직무기술: VMD, VM, VMD specialist

- At least 5 years of working experience (Relevant retail, jewelry industry experience preferred)

- Good understanding of market and customer trend

- Understand global brand and market business requirement

- Time management skill

- Positive attitude & self-motivated

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
