We are currently recruiting for a New Installation Sales role for elevators and escalators, which are essential infrastructure supporting urban environments. Selling elevators requires engaging with a wide range of customers—not only real estate developers who own buildings, but also design firms, major general contractors, and distributors.
OTIS is a global market leader and a top foreign-brand elevator manufacturer. Leveraging our long history and proven technologies, the New Installation Sales Team sells OTIS-brand elevators for new construction projects and connects these sales to long-term maintenance service contracts.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers such as architectural firms and real estate developers and provide advisory support on elevator and escalator drawings required for building permit applications submitted to government authorities. - Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and quotation requests from distributors, major general contractors, and other customers. - Develop new business channels for new installations through existing sales networks and bidding opportunities. - Create and execute independent sales strategies to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability. Effectively track opportunities and pipelines and forecast sales performance using company sales tools. Conduct sales negotiations, close deals, and ensure adherence to payment deadlines. - Collaborate closely with team members, including other sales professionals and on-site colleagues.
