하는일 
- Responsible for prioritizing, evaluating, and responding to incoming technical and commercial support requests from customers and our commercial teams. 
- The required technical support includes but is not limited to troubleshooting, evaluating customer applications and providing product capability assessments, new product recommendations, application integration assistance, customer and internal employee training, and recommendation of product upgrade solutions when applicable. 
- The support offered by the Field Application Engineering team is administered pro-actively to our customer base through a mix of pre-sale and post-sale activities.

자격요건
- Degree in Electrical Engineering with work experience in related industry.
- Five years of technical application, customer support or sales experience in the test and measurement industry preferred.

우대요건
- Experience using and developing ATE(Automatic Test Equipment) test systems including test program development using LabView, LabWindows/CVI, Agilent VEE, Visual Studio or similar Integrated software development tools is a plus, ability to learn is a must.
