[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] • Ensure that compensation and benefits programs support the organization¡¯s business objectives and meet all legal requirements. • Oversee compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and analysis. • Manage annual salary increase process and provide compensation package for job offer to the candidates. • Review and reconcile monthly payroll by closely corresponding with payroll vendor. • Manage yearly budgeting process and provide personal costs analysis accordingly. • Facilitate and control compensation and benefits data administration and reporting via Success factors and other related compensation administration tools. • Conduct monthly closing of labor costs and prepare requested documents for finance audits.
