• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans for the organization
• Support Head of sales to prepare Mid Term Sales plan presentation update
• Support Sales team with analysis and preparation of internal documents including program profitability review, improvement initiatives, budget and forecast preparation, and scenario analysis
• Prepare prototype and service quotations for customer submission
• Support AP recovery and tracking, including outstanding invoices, tooling
• Maintain customer database and ensure accuracy of customer information
• Support monthly SAP data reporting
• Assignment of additional responsibilities as needed
