- CRM ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ ºÐ¼® ¹× ±âȹ - °í°´ ȹµæ/À¯Áö/Ȱ¼ºÈ/·Î¿Æ¼ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ ±âȹ ¹× ¿î¿µ - Reward Promotion ±âȹ ¹× ¿î¿µ
- Create and manage Clienteling communication plans that are aligned with the local sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with local Marketing, Retail, and eCommerce teams, as well as HQ, to execute lead nurturing and conversion campaigns and organize in-store events that enhance customer experience, engagement, and loyalty.
- Analyse customer data to create detailed customer segments for targeted marketing and clienteling action plans.
- Carry out detailed analysis and reporting on all CRM activities both instore and online.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years working experience in CRM or related field
- Proven CRM experience in the luxury or premium sector, with deep understanding of high-value customer engagement and clienteling strategies
- Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex customer data into actionable insights that drive CRM and business performance
- Strong experience with software tools and applications (Salesforce, Google Analytics and MS PowerBI)
- Experience in planning and executing data-driven email campaigns across Retail and E-commerce channels, including customer segmentation and performance analysis
- Experience with SQL to e.g. build target groups in SFMC is a plus
- Experience overseeing CRM data governance and customer data management in compliance with local data privacy and protection regulations
