      • - 올리브영의 옴니채널 커머스 및 리테일 플랫폼의 아키텍처를 설계하고 진화시켜, 글로벌 고객, 파트너, 운영팀 모두를 위한 통합된 경험을 제공합니다.
      • - 체크아웃, 재고, 주문 및 배송, 멤버십, 결제 등 디지털과 오프라인 채널을 아우르는 핵심 커머스 시스템을 스케일에 맞게 설계하고 구현합니다.
      • - TPM, 프로덕트 매니저, 디자이너, 시니어 엔지니어 등과 협업하여 조직 전반에 영향을 미치는 핵심 이니셔티브를 리딩합니다.
      • - 다양한 지역, 언어, 운영 모델을 고려한 플랫폼 및 공통 인프라를 설계하고 다수 팀이 재사용할 수 있는 구조로 개발합니다.
      • - 코드 리뷰, 설계 리뷰, 기술 코칭 등을 통해 엔지니어링 수준을 끌어올리고, 팀 내 기술적 성장과 역량 강화를 이끕니다.

      • - Design and drive the evolution of Olive Young’s omni-channel commerce and retail platform, supporting customers, partners, and operators across global markets.
      • - Architect scalable, resilient systems at the core of commerce features—including checkout, inventory, order fulfillment, membership, and payments—across both digital and physical channels.
      • - Collaborate deeply with TPMs, product managers, designers, and senior engineers across teams to guide the delivery of high-impact initiatives.
      • - Lead the design and implementation of cross-team platforms and frameworks that scale to diverse regions, languages, and operational models.
      • - Mentor and empower engineers through design reviews, architectural guidance, and continuous feedback that raises the engineering bar.
      • - Own long-term technical strategy for your domain and proactively identify architectural risks, tech debt, or foundational gaps before they become blockers.
      • - Partner with leadership to influence engineering culture and direction, shaping both systems and teams with your technical vision and execution excellence.

    • - 10년 이상의 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 경력, 특히 프로덕션 환경에서 대규모 시스템 또는 플랫폼을 주도적으로 설계 및 운영한 경험.
    • - 하나 이상의 현대적 프로그래밍 언어(Java, Kotlin, Python, Go 등)에 대한 깊은 이해.
    • - 아키텍처 결정 및 확장 가능한 인프라 구현 경험, 높은 트래픽과 비즈니스 크리티컬 시스템 운영 경험.
    • - 엔지니어, 프로덕트, 디자인, 비즈니스 이해관계자와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력.
    • - 클라우드 네이티브 기술 및 분산 시스템 (컨테이너, 서비스 메시, 메시지 브로커, 데이터 파이프라인 등)에 대한 경험.
    • - 다수의 팀을 아우르는 기술 방향성 제시, 크로스펑셔널 기술 정렬, 그리고 특정 기능을 넘어선 조직 단위의 영향력 보유자.



    • Qualifications
    • - 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of large-scale systems or platforms in production.
    • - Deep expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Python, Go).
    • - Proven track record of driving architectural decisions, building scalable infrastructure, and operating systems under high traffic and business-critical constraints.
    • - Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders.
    • - Experience working with cloud-native technologies and distributed systems (e.g., containers, service mesh, pub/sub, data pipelines).
    • - Experience influencing multi-team roadmaps, facilitating cross-functional technical alignment, and delivering impact beyond individual features.

    • - (우대사항) 다국어, 다지역 서비스 아키텍처 및 현지화 관련 문제 해결 경험.

    • 채용 시스템 변경에 따른 마이그레이션 작업으로 인해 4월 9일(목)부터 4월 12일(일)까지 지원서 접수가 일시 중단됩니다.

    • For forigner candidates, to assess the ability to collaborate effectively with our HQ teams, submission of a valid TOPIK Level 5 or higher (or an equivalent Korean language certification) is required. Please note that an additional Korean-language interview may be conducted during the HR call.
