Key Responsibilities This is a specialized role that goes beyond simple consultation, combining B2B order management for medical devices with technical support. • B2B Channel & Order Management o Manage the entire order input and communication process with internal and external customers. o Process inbound orders including new products, remakes, repairs, and Vietnam (VN) production. o Manage orders for major large-scale accounts (franchises, etc.) and operate E-order systems. o Handle repair service fee invoicing and issuance. • Customer Communication & Technical Support o Respond to inbound/outbound calls and manage chatbot consultations. o Receive customer complaints (VOC) and resolve grievances effectively. o Provide product usage guides and support for technical issues (Smart Care). • Administration & Cross-departmental Collaboration o Manage barcode registration and history for assistive hearing devices to apply for health insurance benefits. o Communicate organically with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. 2.
