| Partner Retail Executive |
[Key Responsibilities]
- Drive sales and profitability across Wholesale, Travel Retail, E-commerce, and CRC channels
- Achieve sales targets and manage commercial performance across channels
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, including negotiation of annual agreements and growth plans
- Develop channel-specific strategies based on market insights and performance analysis
- Monitor store/POS performance and implement action plans to improve productivity
- Plan and execute sales activation initiatives (promotions, events, clienteling, training)
- Ensure strong in-store execution (VM, product presentation, customer experience)
- Oversee channel operations including assortment, stock, order, and delivery management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights and reports
[Qualifications]
- 3+ years of experience in commercial, retail, or sales roles within the luxury industry
- Strong understanding of Wholesale & Travel Retail; E-commerce experience preferred
- Proven experience in store performance management and sales activation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English
