[ 담당업무 ]

• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal and business matters
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various contracts and legal documents related to R&D, clinical trials, sales and marketing, manufacturing, licensing, strategic partnerships, and corporate transactions
• Identify potential legal and operational risks and recommend proactive, business-oriented solutions
• Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and practices to prevent and manage identified risks
• Partner with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of legal policies and provide training where needed
• Lead, coordinate, or support legal disputes, litigation, regulatory inquiries, investigations, and other contentious matters
• Collaborate with external counsel and support additional legal projects and ad hoc assignments as required

[ 자격조건 ]

• JD or LLB degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed attorney in Korea, the U.S., Canada, the U.K., or the European Union
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification legal experience
• High proficiency in both Korean and English
• Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of how legal matters impact business performance, with a client-focused mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently
